Date stated on the OTP page for the 3D secure seems to be in GMT

Issue/Introduction

This document will help us to understand if the transaction date/ time zone stated on the OTP page for the 3D Secure is different from cardholder transaction time zone , then what action is required?

If OTP page shown to customer is different then his time zone ?

Environment

CA Transaction Manager 

Resolution

Cardholder is performing a transaction and in OTP Page if he/she encounter different time zone then his current time zone that means the following :

- Once the transaction is performed Pareq is send by Merchant which include Merchant date and time (i.e. their geographical time ) . 

- When Merchant creates the PA Request, the same information is posted by ACS to Arcot CAP page without any modification. 

Note: If Merchant is in GMT then same information will be posted in CAP Page.
