Time-Scaled Value option under Resource Planning: Workloads & Allocations tabs missing for ppm user

Issue/Introduction

A user is unable to see the "time-scaled value" (TSV) option from the Options icon for portlets under the 'Workload' and 'Allocations' tabs under Resource Planning in Clarity PPM Production.

Notes:

• The user can see this option in another PPM environment (Example: Sandbox). 
• They have limited views when they go to configure the workloads tab in Prod compared to Sandbox.
• The user is currently using Microsoft Windows 10 and Edge for their browser. 
• Tried clearing browser cache in both Edge and IE11.

Resolution

Restore defaults for the portlet(s) with the issue using the below steps:

1. Go to the portlets with the issue 
2. Click on the Options icon on the right hand side of the portlet
3. Click Configure
4. Go to the General tab 
5. Click Restore Defaults
