Inactive Service Type is still being attached to the ticket

Cause

This is a defect of version 14.1

Environment

CA Service Desk Manager 14.1, hmp-181

Resolution

Since 14.1 is an End-of-Service release, the instruction is to migrate to 17.1 or 17.2 version where the problem no longer happens.
