One of the most common causes is that JasperSoft Studio COMMERICAL version was installed instead of the PROFESSIONAL version.
A quick way to verify if the PROFESSIONAL version is installed is to select the HELP menu from JasperSoft Studio and check for the presence of the LICENSE MANAGER option. If the option is NOT present, then the COMMERCIAL version is installed.
If this is the case:
1. Uninstall the version of JasperSoft Studio installed.
2. Download and install JasperSoft Studio Professional
3. After installing JasperSoft Studio Professional, follow the steps at
