Unable to download the Documentation from the Docops site for Clarity PPM

I click on the "Install the APM Add-in" link (or another link on the docops site) and received a 403 - Forbidden error.

1. Clear the browser cache. Then close and reopen the browser and try logging back in to the docops site to see if you can access the page. 2. If that doesn't help, please contact Broadcom support for assistance with this issue.
