Sometimes the Installation section in ARA is empty

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes executed a deployment in ARA for an specific application does not result with a Installation record.
Even there is component workflow in the application and it executed successfully.

Resolution

Issue caused by changing in Custom types Workflow -> Install Mode change to Other:

Change it back to default version v1.0.0 will fix this issue.
