Resource Time Summary and Detail report missing hours when monthly fiscal periods are missing

Issue/Introduction

The Resource Time Summary and Detail is not returning any timesheet hours for periods after the last fiscal year. 

Environment

Release: All
Component: Clarity Jaspersoft reporting

Resolution

1. Monthly fiscal periods, including a period for the current month, need to be created and activated.
2. Then the following jobs need to be run and complete successfully (in this order):
   1. Time Slicing
   2. Datamart Extraction
   3. Datamart Rollup - Time Facts and Time Summary
   4. Update Reporting Table job with the option to 'Update Reporting Calendar' option checked
   5. Full Load of the Data Warehouse job
