How to fix the following message when logging into the UI for iDash: The server is currently unavailable, please retry your operation at a later time.

The error.log shows:
19-05-09 09.19.25 [ERROR] http-hostname.com.ca.idash.ws.services.monitor.SLAService: Error getting snapshot: The server has not finished initializing or no SLAs or scheduler instances have been defined.

Environment

iDash: 12.0.03 and up

Resolution

Need to add CA Workload Automation AE instances to CA Workload Automation iDash using the Admin Tool. 
So this way authorized operators can then monitor SLA job run data on those instances from the Web UI.
