CC=1024 in various IDMS batch utilities

Issue/Introduction

Under rare circumstances, any IDMS batch utility may end with a condition code of 1024.
A condition code of 997 may also be possible.

Environment

CA IDMS, any supported release.

Cause

This can be caused by not having enough operating system storage or using an incorrect version of RHDCOMVS.

Resolution

1. Increase the amount of operating system storage available to the job step (e.g. set REGION=0M on the EXEC statement.
2. Make sure the intended and correct version of RHDCOMVS is being loaded according to the STEPLIB concatenation.
