The Panvalet PVOPT FGPAN23 module not updated

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to update the CA Panvalet PVOPT FGPAN23 module by updating and running the X7USRMD1 in the CBA3JCL library. The X7USRMD1 job runs, assembles and relinks FGPAN23 but the PVOPT parms values are not updated. Why?

Resolution

If the CX7UM01 USERMOD has already been Received and Applied, change the REWORK date in the ++USERMOD statement:
