Issue/Introduction
When starting the Multi-User i am getting messages:

DB00216E - ERROR IN SYSIN/SYSIPT DATA
.....
Job finishing with CCODE U0004 PGM=DBMUFPR
I use the same startup statements as before
Environment
z/os, CA Datacom/DB 15.1 with latest maintenance applied.
Resolution
After applying APAR #: SO05964 Title: MUF STARTUP OPTION "NORESTART" ENHANCEMENT.
NORESTART and DORESTART startup parameters are no more allowed.
Site should use instead:
NORESTART_TODAY
DORESTART_TODAY
These new options provide greater protection against accidental data corruption than the prior options.
DORESTART (NORESTART) will generate the following new error message:
DB01932C - DORESTART HAS BEEN DEPRECATED, AFTER REQUIREMENT REVIEWED AND REQUIRED, SEE DORESTART_TODAY
