Reports missing from Batch Auditor job in r12.1

Issue/Introduction
When running a large (with many selections) Auditor job in batch , certain reports are missing.
However, if I run them in batch in a small group, the reports are there.
For example, the reports from functions 2.6, 4.1, 7.1.4, 7.1.5 & 7.2 are missing from the large batch audit output but are in the small batch audit output that included only those reports.
