Check the JESYSMSG for the following:

IEC130I INDEX    DD STATEMENT MISSING 

 

If the you find the IEC130I message, add the following DD statement to the job: 

//INDEX DD SYSOUT=*

 

If you do not have an IEC130I message, open a case on the support portal and attach the complete job output.
