When is a new LMP Key Needed? It is necessary to get a new LMP key when upgrading to a new release of Top Secret?

Resolution
LMP Keys contain the CPU Serial number, model number and the date when the key will expire. They do not contain the version number of the product. New LMP keys are needed when upgrading or changing hardware. They are not needed when upgrading product releases such as Top Secret.
