I have upgraded to version 10.3.2 and report manager is not working. When I try the message of SRM has not finished starting appears.
Catalina.out shows the following errors:

CA Spectrum 10.3.2 with Spectrum Report Manager (SRM)
10.03.02.PTF_10.3.204 resolves this problem.
SPECTRUM 10.03.00 and 10.03.02 are the prerequisites for installation of this patch.
This patch needs to be installed on just the OneClick SRM Server.
This is a PTF patch for the following issue:
Symptom : Getting error Duplicate column name 'last_updated_time' in schema update after 10.3.2 upgrade and SRM not started.
Resolution: Added checks at the time of last_update_time column creation in srm_schema_changes_for_doi.sql.

This 10.03.02.PTF_10.3.204 patch is NOT included in eutger the BMP (Bi-Monthly Patch) so if you install either of the bi monthly patches you will still need to install 10.03.02.PTF_10.3.204.
