We have SOI Live team who creates incident based on alert from SOI. They work in 24x7 shift. It has been noticed from more than 2 weeks few of them are not able to login. When I delete their User ID and re add they are able to login that day but again next day they get payment error.

Move users to another group in SOI Console or create a new group and then move users to this new group to address this behavior
