Unable to distribute the artifacts to the target NES Servers

Issue/Introduction

Artifact distribution to the target NES Servers is not happening anad unable to proceed with the deployment.

Environment

CA Release Automation: 6.4 or higher

Cause

During analysis it was observed that the NES is having the wrong configuration i.e. the warn-capacity was greater than capacity. It should be reversed. 

Resolution

Please follow below steps, as feasible.

• Correct the configuration of execution server and start the service
• Remove all the agents from ASAP UI  which are decommissioned.
• Please make sure that the Execution servers and Agents are resolve from each other via IP/DNS/FQDN
