E03060096: "Error accessing the path: <folder name>. Either the path does not exist or access to the path is denied." 


When performs a check out in harvest workbench


Cause

File permission problems in the OS.
Probably you are using an OS user that does not have permissions to the configuration harvest folder.

But when occurs permission issues, you will see this folder only with config.ini file.

Resolution

Change the permission to the OS User to access to that folder or change the account to someone who has access to that folder.
