Issue/Introduction

We have discovered several Jaspersoft / Advanced Reporting users are still active following deactivation or locking in Clarity PPM. 

Environment

Resolution

Solution 1: When running the Create and Update Jaspersoft Users job, make sure that Include Inactive and Locked Users checkbox is checked when running the job.

Solution 2: If the above doesn't help, disable the user in Advanced Reporting, then the user will correctly remain disabled.
