Issue/Introduction

The HOLDDATA for Cleanup fix RO72539 states: 

1. Stop Cleanup 
2. Review and expand space allocation of DBASE/DB File(s) 
3. Run the AT8#DBU program to add new record type 
4. Perform an LLA REFRESH (if applicable) 
5. Restart/REINIT Cleanup: S <CleanupSTC>,,,REINIT 

Can you elaborate on item numbers 2 an 3?

Resolution

Number 2 is asking you to increase the Cleanup Tracking File size. See Create the Tracking File for how to create the Tracking File and Manage the Database Load Utility for Cleanup for ACF2 for how to load the new Tracking File

Number 3 is asking you to load newly defined resources from the security file to the Cleanup Tracking File. If there are any new resources to load, see Manage the Database Load Utility for Cleanup for ACF2. You would run the AT5#DBU job with *ALL*.
