How do we resolve the S0C4 in LIBTSOGN when running LIBBKUP?

Resolution

To resolve the S0C4 in LIBTSOGN when running LIBBKUP you should treat this process the same as when you start CA Roscoe. You must use a STEPLIB to the product load libraries. LNKLST support is not available.

Please be sure that ROSCOE's code is available via STEPLIB, and it's STEPLIB must precede that of LIBRARIAN.
