Issue/Introduction
Reassign rule to Template and Non Template Tasks with the same Task Name only affects the first selected.
Example:
In UVC, create two tasks a template and non-template with the same Task name.
Select both Tasks via UVC and click on "Reassign Rules": only the first one will be proposed to have its rules reassigned, the other one will not appear in the screen.

Environment
Univiewer Console 6 and Dollar Universe 6
Cause
UVC filters by the task name + mu/template name, since it's the same on both Tasks, it excludes one of them.
Resolution
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
