UVC: Blank Space not authorized in Alerting Rules Label

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Univiewer Console to 6.8.21 or superior, if the field Label of an Alerting Rule has a blank, when updating / displaying the Alerting Rule, UVC does not display the Label so the alert cannot be modified anymore as the blanks are not authorized anymore.
Some special characters like blanks, + , - used to be accepted in the Label field.

Environment

Issue introduced on Univiewer Console 6.8.21 and present in version 6.9.xx as well

Cause

This problem was introduced as a side-effet of a correction in version 6.8.21

Resolution

Workaround: duplicate the alert with another name and replace the espaces by character underscore. Then delete the alert with blanks in its Label
Solution: Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

It is now possible to create or update alerting rules with all the characters except % and £
