When attempting to set up either a new OpenID Connect Client or Provider, an error is displayed saying the page could not be displayed properly. This is only occurring in one of two environments.
This type of error is typically rooted in the policy store schema or data, and is seen more often after upgrades than for new installations.

Run the following commands on the policy server:
XPSImport default-fedobjects-config.xml -npass
After running these commands, restart the policy server service, followed by the Admin UI service.
