troubleshooter email template selection

when I assign a troubleshooter the email template comes up with 2 subject line topics one is the detail on the alarm the other simple states "SPECTRUM Alarm(s) Assigned" I want to force the first one, the same one I have locked down when the user right clicks on the alarm and chooses mail.

Currently there is no way to change the options provided for subject lines when assigning a troubleshooter.
