Project Task being Locked in Gantt view for end user

When a user tries to open a Task or project in Clarity PPM, end user is getting error and the project is locked by the user.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to Clarity PPM as the user with the issue
2. Go to the project and open the Gantt from the Tasks drop down
3. Update a Task and click Save and return.
Use the below steps to unlock the project:
- Log in to Clarity PPM as the user with the issue
- Open the project in the Clarity PPM Gantt
- Make changes to a task
- Click the Save icon in the top left hand corner of the Gantt
