Issue/Introduction
When deploying a Task from one area to another, Uprocs and Sessions get created because the user has the right to Distribute them.
However, the deployment ultimately fails because the user does not have the right to create the Task.

Cause
Deploying a task requires the right to distribute for the uprocs and session, but the task requires the right to create.
Resolution
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
