I am upgrading to IPC 15.1, CSF 15.1, and IDEAL 15.1. IPC and CSF appear to be working as advertised. IDEAL blows up with the IDADIDIN92D - IDEAL REQUIRES PNL RELEASE 151 , FOUND RELEASE "140 " error. I have rebuilt the ADRLIB/ADRPNL as explained in KB000108535 without any change to the results. I receive this error both via batch and online. I've checked all the VLS library sizes, format, byte, length, etc. No discrepancies here. One thought, is it possible that since IPC versions set was not issued to "LAST", this may have caused IDEAL to look at what the IPC previous version was? We have more questions than answers. And yes, IPC/CSF/IDEAL all work online and via batch IVP's.
This message means software is at release 15.1 but the panels are still 14.0.
A VLSUTIL LIBRARY report shows for client site:
#SCIDOF shows 06/09/04 09/02/10 which is 14.0 signoff/signon panels for Ideal #SCIDON shows 02/10/06 09/02/10 #SCIPOF shows 04/30/04 12/10/15 which is 15.1 signoff/signon panels for IPCV #SCIPON shows 04/30/04 12/10/15
Customer is not pointing to the correct Ideal panels, since the above should show the following for 15.1 panels.: #SCIDOF 06/09/04 12/10/15 Ideal signoff #SCIDON 02/10/06 12/10/15 Ideal signon #SCIPOF 04/30/04 12/10/15 IPCV signoff #SCIPON 04/30/04 12/10/15 IPCV signon

Customer re-ran ILCUS03 and this time it was good.
As mentioned in JOB header for ILCUS03:
//* EDIT AND SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING SAMPLE TO ADD CA IDEAL DATA TO //* CA IPC ADRLIB AND ADRPNL VLS FILES. //* EXPECTED CONDITION CODE EQ 00
So, Something must have been wrong...at execution of previous ILCUS03 job.
