Issue/Introduction

After upgrade to spectrum 10.3, Spectrum stops mapping traps coming from ips on the devices, other than the primary ip that I poll on the model.

Environment

CA Spectrum 10.03.00 using SNMP v3 traps

Resolution

10.03.00.PTF_10.3.026 was built to resolve this problem.

REQUIREMENTS
SPECTRUM 10.03.00 and 10.3.0_BMP_10.3.002 are the prerequisites for installation of this patch.
This patch needs to be installed on SpectroSERVER.

OVERVIEW 
This is a PTF patch for the following issue:

DE411964 Details:
Symptom : Fails to process when traps comes from other than primary ip. 
Resolution: SS process the traps when it  comes from other than primary ip address.
