One user is unable to see data in the Resource Planning Capacity Planning overview portlet even though another user with the same rights can.
Restore Defaults for the user with the issue:
Note: Prior to restoring defaults, if the user has any customizations on the portlet, it's recommended to have them take a screen shot of the layout / filter views so they can add them back after testing if the restore defaults helps.
1. Have the user navigate to the Capacity Overview Portlet
2. Click on the Options (wheel) icon in the top right hand corner of the portlet then Configure
3. Click on the General tab
4. Click Restore Defaults
