Cause

Error generally seen if a custom awexe command is failing, specifically the command awexe SET_RESTART_RECOVERY

Resolution

Custom awexe command require a awserver_sqlusr.dat file in the $AW_HOME/data or %AW_HOME%\data directory. Confirm that this file exists.
