Issue/Introduction
The approval task in Identity Portal contains the profile tab of the screen.
The approval screen has a tab of the attributes from the form and also a tab of additional information which lists the attributes from the approval screen profile tab.

Resolution
In order to make an attribute not visible in the 'Additional Information' remove it from the screen.
