When using CA Date Simulator release 2.0 to change the date to May 11, 1971 program WARPPARM fails with error message CEE2531S.

Issue/Introduction

​The client is using CA Date Simulator r 2.0 to change the system date for a program they are testing to May 11, 1971. When the client executes​ utility program​ WARPPARM with parameter CURRENT DATE 05/11/1971 WARPPARM fails with error message 
CEE2531S THE LOCAL TIME WAS NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE SYSTEM.

If the client executes utility WARPPARM with a Date of May 12, 1971 then they are able to test their application program with that date.​​

​This is not a CA Date Simulator bug. IBM LE does not allow dates to be warped before May 12, 1971.
