imadmin not able to login to Identity Portal vApp

Issue/Introduction



New deployment of vApp, no SSO.  Unable to login to Identity Portal with imadmin user.  Receive the following error in UI when trying to login and the logs.  What causes this issue?

Resolution

The imadmin password was updated to a new password than the initial master password which caused this issue.  You must reset the password in IDM.

Reset the imadmin password? User -> Reset User Password.
