CA Panvalet member deleted from wrong PANLIB

Issue/Introduction

Was trying to delete a Test (TAE) member in a test PANLIB but the Production (PAE) member with same name was deleted from the PROD PANLIB.

Cause

TSO ISRDDN command while in Panvalet showed the user had a data set allocation for PANDD1 that was pointing to the PROD PANLIB.

Resolution

Remove the allocation of PANDD1 from the user's CLIST. 
Log off TSO completely and log back in.
