Agile Central (Rally) Sync job fails with Warnings connecting to another environment workspace

Issue/Introduction

We have pointed Test environment to our Dev Workspace, and the Agile Central (Rally) Sync job is failing with multiple errors as follows:

Warning 4/25/19 3:53 PM Skipping project due to incorrect integration settings :5000000::Agile Development

If we run Rally Sync for one project from Test it works successfully.

Resolution

To make the environment to work with another environment workspace, choose a solution:
1. Unsync all projects from Agile Central (Rally)
Then add few and run the job

2. Create a new workspace for this new environment
