Issue/Introduction
The CEMCCONF customization job fails with RC=0730.
The STDOUT shows the problem being "symbols not substituted" for @CEMR_PROC@.
However, the @CEMR_PROC@ parameter is not found in the CONFIG.DATA file.

Cause
Bug.
Resolution
The manual circumvention to this failure is to add the line //SET CEMR_PROC='CEMRTIME' in the ..CONFIG.DATA file,
and then re-run the CEMCCONF job. The formal prevention is to apply the CEM published solution SO08023.
