Issue/Introduction

Policy Manager not working for a new Landscape added to the DSS in Spectrum. The Policy is attached to a Global Collection. The models for the new Landscape are in the Global Collection. However, the attributes for the Policy are not enforced on the models for this new Landscape.

Cause

When a Policy is created in a DSS, a Policy model is created on all Landscapes in the DSS. When the new Landscape is added to the DSS, it does not have a copy of the Policy in it's database.

Resolution

Disabling the Policy and then enabling it again resolves the issue.

1. Log into a OneClick console as an ADMIN user

2. Find and select the Policy Manager folder in the Explorer tab of the Navigation panel

3. Click on the List tab in the Contents panel to view a list of the Policies

4. Select the Policy in question from the list
    a. Click on the Disable icon
    b. Click on the Enable icon
