Sysview for DB2 (IDB2) shows irregular intervals for Stats history

Issue/Introduction

In a data sharing group, Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) Stats history (option 2) lists the data at
irregular intervals rather than 1 minute intervals as defined in the IDDCPRMS sysparm member.

Other Data Collectors list data with 1 minute intervals as expected.  Could external factors contribute to irregular time intervals being displayed?  

Cause

The IDB2 data collector job log reflects problems getting data from Db2 for the given time period:

Explanation of the Reason Code 00E60838: 
On a READS request for IFCID 0254, a resource was unavailable while attempting to collect statistics for a specific group buffer pool.

Resolution

The irregularities are likely attributable to known CPU contention on the system.
