SPN_BAS_CREATECONSTRAINT error persists after following the instructions of article 126873

Issue/Introduction

Even after following the instructions of article126873, we still get Oracle error during create script:

Environment

UIM 9.0.2

Cause

This error used to be solved granting permission as is specified on product documentation at Link:

As described in the documentation, the privileges should be assigned directly to the user,  in case that privileges were assigned through a User Role, this error will also be displayed and installation will fail. 

Resolution

Please follow the steps below:

1 - Grant Oracle privileges directly to the Oracle user based specified at UIM Oracle Permission page

2 - Follow the instructions of Installation errors for 9.02 SPN_BAS_CREATECONSTRAINT is invalid
