Issue/Introduction

 How do i fix the following authorization error after upgrading of the EEM server

19-02-18 15.02.36 [ERROR] EEM:com.ca.idash.eem.common.EEMLogger: com.ca.idash.eem.ae.AESecurityException: EE_AUTHFAILED Authentication Failed

Resolution

When the version of EEM is upgraded then the EEM Server Configuration properties in the iDash Admin Tool needs to be deleted using the X button on the toolbar and then re-configured by re-entering the same values as a new EEM certificate is required to be stored by iDash.
