STC LID showing up as unreferenced in Cleanup Reports but ACF list shows that it signed on today.

Issue/Introduction

Have an STC LID that shows up in a Cleanup UNREF reports. Report claims that the LID hasn't signed on for 509 days even though the STC is started every day because of their daily IPL.

Resolution

The CA Cleanup and CA ACF2 must have completely initialized before it can track LID and resource access.

If the STC is started before CA Cleanup and CA ACF2 initialization, the STC's LID usage cannot be tracked.

Either:

1. Start the STC after CA Cleanup and CA ACF2.

2. Or startup CA Cleanup and CA ACF2 as soon as possible, then start the STC.
