A user brought this to my attention this afternoon. It is reproducible.
1. Click icon Open from ARD Hub from the ribbon
2. Select Open from ARD Hub
3. Log in to Hub if necessary
4. Navigate to any flow
5. Right click on the flow and select Rename
6. Rename the flow and click OK
7. ARD Crashes
Note: if the user does not navigate to ARD Hub in this method and instead goes into ARD Hub via the connector, they are able to rename the flow without any issues.

Fixed in the 3.0 release. Please download this GA or a later one for this fix when they are available.
