Tomcat access log import/analyze job crashes BG with OutOfMemory with app-access log over 500MB

Issue/Introduction

Clarity BG service crashes with OutOfMemory (OOM) error when running jobs.
In the heap dump we see the issue is caused by Tomcat access log import/analyze job taking over 500MB of the allocated heap.
Then checking the app-access.log we can see it's abnormally long and above 500MB

currently in review by Engineering

Workaround: Avoid running Tomcat access log import/analyze job for very large app-access logs
