baseline_engine queue is backing up on secondary/remote hub

Issue/Introduction

The baseline_engine.QOS_MESSAGE queue is backing up with messages and not sending any (in the hub Status window the Sent column is empty)

Environment

- UIM v9.0.2
- baseline_engine v9.0.2

Cause

- baseline_engine queue was configured manually

Resolution

Download the baseline_engine-9.0.2-HF2.zip

1. Deploy baseline_engine-9.0.2-HF2.zip

2. Deactivate the baseline_engine probe

3. Open the hub probe GUI and select the Queues Tab

4. Delete the baseline_engine queues, e.g., the baseline_engine.QOS MESSAGE and baseline_engine.BASELINE_CONFIG queues

5. Redeploy the baseline_engine v9.02* probe to reinstall it

6. Enable at least 1 baseline via the admin console and Save it

7. Check the hub Status Tab window to make sure the baseline_engine queues are present and the QOS queue is processing messages (Queued and Sent)
