Service Desk was restarted after a customization and has problems in WSP.mods

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17

Cause

the custom code was incomplete and was affecting the system

Resolution

There was a customizations error in the wsp.mod file there was a custom code:
MODIFY cnt roles { +AUDITLOG(); };

Was replaced to

MODIFY cnt roles { UI_INFO "+AUDITLOG()"; };

Problem was fixed.
