Why is my Easytrieve Online (EZTOLN) program getting a ABEND=S000 U0016 REASON=00000000?

Resolution
The EZOPTBL was pointing to the wrong version.
The Easytrieve Online (EZTOLN) 1.4 batch compilation JCL was pointing to the 1.1 version of
the EZOPTBL, (Options Table), file. Creating and pointing to the 1.4
version of the EZOPTBL, (Options Table) solved the problem.
