Issue/Introduction
One of CA SOLVE process to see a message by SYSCMD does not work. CA SOLVE is not able to detect a return message which was issued by SYSCMD.
What are reasons ?

VARTABLE $RMUNSOLMSG allocation may be unsuccessful.
Check VARTABLE allocation status by SH VARTABLE=AOM and see if VARTABLE allocation storage defined by AOMMAXTS ( 0 to 4096 ) has free spaces.
