Issue/Introduction

How can internal security be configured on panel 4.11.2 to restrict certain users to only starting and stopping SSM-controlled resources, while preventing them from executing any other panel functions?

The CCLXRULS library contains sample rules for securing SSM resources:

• SECSSM1: Secures updates within panel 4.11.2
• SECSSM2: Secures modifications to the SSM mode in panel 4.11.1
• SECSSM3: Secures the addition and deletion of tables in panel 4.11.1

 

Please note that all three sample rules require customization before implementation.
