UVC displays wrong time for Time Overrun status after European DST

Issue/Introduction

During the Autumn clock change in Europe, some jobs go into Time Overrun status one hour earlier than they should. 
The launch window is one hour longer than the time it went into Time Overrun status.

Graphical issue

Resolution

This is a display issue caused by the console not knowing that the time change (DST) has occurred.
Simply closing and re-opening the Console - Job Runs screen in the UVC will update the incorrect timestamp
